After a long search I found the handle I needed. Opening was not exact for the of brand tack hammer head I had, but I made it work. Thanks so much. Replaced the other handle I made
years ago from a piece of broomstick because I couldn't find one like this. With the help of the internet search, now it looks like it should and the head stays on! I don,t use the hammer much, but it was a fun little project. Good quality handle at a reasonable price. Thanks again.. Larry in Illinois.

The hammer handle I purchased fit nicely and was a great price. Very satisified. I will definetly buy again when I need other handles.

I had this old tack hammer that I had found years ago buried under a shed. The eye size has eluded me for years. It hasn't had a handle for at least the last fifty years. I took a shot on this one thinking "just maybe" and Voilà!; it fit perfectly. Nice straight grain, excellent handle. Shipping time was plenty fast enough for me given the circumstances, just like the late country comedian Jerry Clower said, "What's time to a hog."

Hammer handles are hard to come by at reasonable prices. Other than six weeks for delivery they are adequate for my use.
