Upon inspection the handle was straight, and well worth the money. The eye seemed to be small however it could of been my novice experience in selection and in the end I got it to fit great on a vintage michigan pattern plumb. Love the feel and will be ordering my next handle soon!

This handle looks great and has a really nice grain structure but has bad grain orientation. Over all I would recommend this handle.

I had been searching for a 2.5lbs axe to carry as an oversized boys/Forrest axe I came across a Kentucky pattern Collins head just that weight with a large eye. Bevertooth had the exact handle I needed. I fit the eye like a hand sliding into a glove and swings beautifully

The handle was what I expected. I did not order a premium handle. The fit was fine despite a very rustic head.

The grain was good. The finish was perfectly sanded. Handle shape was perfect. My only complaint is the eye hole was smaller than they claimed but not to small where I could not hang it.

I have built a couple of axes on these now and they are just perfect (the higher grade selection) The resulting axe is compact and powerful for specific tasks-mainly limbing standing trees. I would not recommend this for a felling axe unless you are compact yourself. The quality of these handles is very good. The axe on the red runner has about 40 coats of BLO and was not modified much the other only has a few coats and was reshaped a bit.

Works great for my personal fire axe. Head fits in my trucker’s belt and handle doesn’t drag or trip me. Highly satisfied.

It worked pretty well. I had to drop the head alittle bit because of the size but i would buy it again. The grain orientation is perfect, straight up and down. Overall very nice handle.

This fit my Norlund Camper Axe Perfectly!! The first handle I ordered was wrong size, but #1128 worked perfect, and great looking as well! I got a waxed with pretty good grain #1128 and it makes my axe look better than new.

This is the only handle I have ever purchased that did not need to be fit to the head.

As always this work is wonderful. I have attached a before and after of the the old Plumb head I put on this. The grain was perfect and the color was beautiful; however, the most striking thing was the big palm swell which made the 28" length feel perfect with this 3+ pound head on it. This really made the axe feel like a multipurpose toll rather than just a splitter or just a feller. I ordered 3 handles for this order and this is the only company I plan on using in the future.

Very happy with the handles I received for my full size Kelly Works True Temper SB axe and Craftsman 8# splitting maul. After a few minor modifications they both fit perfectly. Great product and great service... Will definitely reach out to Beaver Tooth for my next restoration project.

Wonderful wood grain, growth rings were not ideal but that’s pretty picky. It fit the eye after a few shavings with the spoke shave.

My main order was for new cant hook handles. I added the axe handle because I thought the price was very reasonable and I have an axe that will need a handle soon. I was very impressed with the quality-way better than what my local hardware store sells.

It matches the original handle in length and shape but is thicker and more robust. Looks good.

Best in the business. Give these folks your money.

Straight grain, easy to hang, so far pretty durable.
