Excellent replacement handle for my old hay fork. This handle fit perfectly - nice and snug. The wood is also beautifully finished; feels great.
I already have put the 4 Pitchfork Handles on and we are using them every day. I am already planning on buying some more just have not decided how many I want. I also need to look at other handles you make that I could use. I definitely like the fact that you make longer Pitchfork Handles than I can find locally. You can see the difference between one of my old forh handles and two of my new ones. I love Beaver Tooth Handles!

This handle is extremely well made. The wood grain is straight and oriented correctly.
I don't think you will find any better quality.
I have a lot of old inherited tools. I restored a five tined pitchfork and a four tined digging fork. New digging forks usually have a D handle on them. I like the long handle so I can use it like a shovel. These worked just fine. Looks like they will last a long time. I've restored some hammers and another fork that are a lot older than me. Beaver-tooth makes handles I am happy to put on these heirlooms. From farmers and construction guys in the 40s and 50s. Most of the tools are in good shape but I've used some of them harder than I should have.

Great long handle for my 1923 pitch fork that still works but needed a long handle, very pleased.
It has been many years since I was able to find long pitchfork handles. Handle selection in typical hardware stores is very limited, and quality is often poor, with warping, poor grain, and sloppy finish common. The Beaver-tooth handles were a great surprise! Length choices allow max leverage and comfort for the user, straight, beautiful tight grain, nice smooth finish. Shipping cost makes them a bit more expensive than big box and hardware stores, but if you actually work with your tools, well worth it.
I broke my manure handle in the execution of my duties as a CA politician so this was the perfect replacement. Seriously tho folks, it is a very nice handle and allowed me to keep an old tool going and not replace it with Chinese junk. Just go on youtube to see how the replacement is done. Good handle, should last me another 60 years
Never imagined I could get a fine tight grain hickory handle that not only looked good but worked great. 6’ was a new experience, the extra reach was greatly appreciated.
Price wise, it was a trade off from Amazon. A day much nicer American made product.
This the second time I have ordered replacement handles from Beaver Tooth Handle Co. We ordered 3 and yes it took some time to get them, but I was told that up front. The handles are worth waiting for, as they are strong and very well made. My old hay forks fit perfectly, very tight. I sure it will be a few years before I need replacements, but when that occurs I will order from Beaver Tooth Handle Co.

Handles look good, straight and high quality. They have no finish on them which is perfect for me since I intend to apply raw linseed oil.
