I repair a lot of axes for friends and family, as well as axes that I pick up cheap at yard sales because they have broken handles. The wood and metal axe wedges I purchased from Beaver-Tooth are good quality for a very reasonable price. It is always good to have a few in the shop. I have also purchased replacement handles for some of the more uncommon axe heads that I have picked up. Good selection, good products and good service. I would recommend Beaver-Tooth to anyone needing a good American-made hickory handle for their axe or other "precision" tool.

This is a good assortment of wedges for both single and double bit axes of various sizes. These are not real easy to find locally; they will come in very handy.

Good service. Possibly could be a little faster, but it was close to holidays! Wish i could talk with soneone about an unusal type of axe that needs what i think is a slightly special handle, but no phone! The company has very good high quality product!! I will def order from them again and would recommend anyone to do business with beaver tooth!!

I decided to purchase this set because I have several projects in mind. Glad that I did! The set is excellent quality and I will definitely purchase more products from Beaver-Tooth. The only knock I have is that it took three weeks for me to receive my order.

I got great wedges (hickory and metal) and they were delivered promptly. I gave four stars as I'd like to be able to order different amounts of the sizes but that's not really a big deal. I'll definitely be buying more from Beaver-tooth handles. I'm looking forward to getting a new handle on an old axe head here in the near future.

the handle i bought was marked "may contain minor defects" however the item i received was awesome, razor straight grain and the only "defects" i could find was a little roughness that disappeared with 2 minutes and a scrap of sandpaper.

overall, excellent item. will purchase again from these folks.
