This is my 8th handle from Beaver Tooth and I'm telling ya, they're Great. No need to shop around if you're looking for a replacement handle.

Bought the 36" sledge hammer handle to re-handle a old 8lb hammer head. Very nice quality handle. Nice straight grain and looked great with a coat of linseed oil. Overall very happy with my handle and feel good knowing it's American made.

Very good white hickory with straight grain and no lacquer or polyurethane. Perfect for my splitting maul. Easy to work down to fit the eye and after a couple coats of boiled linseed oil it is perfect.
Great for pledge or maul
This handle isn’t like your typical hardware store handle. It actually has really straight grain. The white hickory handle is sanded smooth and due to the quarter sawing should last a lifetime. I place this handle in my 6# hammer head and didn’t have to rasp away any of the end of the handle. If I had to do over again I would buy this again.
The handle fit my sledgehammer great. You have to be patient about the delivery time. It was worth the wait.

I ordered 4 handles they, are excellent quality. however there was no communication at all. Even when I e-mailed a question I never got an answer. I will buy from again because of the excellent quality but only when I am not in a hurry.

I recently purchased two 36 inch Sledge Hammer Handles for my older model mauls. Beaver Tooth delivered with two quality hickory handles that were straight grained and perfectly fit for my needs. They attached easily and I'm back to splitting wood as I should be.
Very nice handle. Straight grain hickory. Hung a 6# splitting maul head with little effort. Can't go any better.
