The Beaver Tooth axe handles are a great value when considering the overall quality and design . The engineering of the handle diameter and ample hand swell make for a well balanced handle cost effective axe handle . I choose to customize the handle thickness towards the hand swell, by maintaining the handle thickness closer into the hand swell, which then better fits the size of my hand and makes for a more positive swinging of the axe . These are the best handles for the price .

Great quality but..
The bottom of handle cut style is fat for my hand to be at very bottom, handle acts like a 28” once hung.

Ordered the Good #2 and by golly it's looks like a Better/Select to me. Ramrod straight, nice grain orientation, and it has quite a bit slimmer profile than most Beaver Tooth handles I've ordered which I'm actually very pleased with. Like the fawns foot and that it's plain sanded too! Thanks for the high quality handle, you guys are my go-to for wood handles and the handle company I tell others about. Cheers!
