Happy to find a made in USA sheath for my two axes at a reasonable price. Product seems much lighter in color than the picture, but not a big deal. I bought a #2 grade, lower grade due to leather stamp somewhat crooked and a few other minor things, but completely functional.

Have one on my 4.5lb Jersey and one on Council's new 5lb splitter, both fit and look great!

This blade cover is a perfect fit. I m very happy with the purchase. I did “oil” the leather cover to darken the color shade. Will probably do that again to math other smaller hatchet blade covers I have. This looks so good on my “refurbished axe” that I now display both axe and cover on my wall. “Excellent” product and well worth the wait!

This is a well made cover that will give many, many years of protection to your axe.

I am using this sheath for a 4.75" bladed ax. I just recently received it and upon inspection it appears to be well made using a very sturdy leather. It arrived when expected in the mailbox. The only thing about which I am not a fan is the type of rivet used. The back of the rivet extends above the face of the leather and is rough. There are four rivets like this with backs that are inside of the sheath, and those backs can make contact with the ax head. I would prefer a rivet with a smoother back that is nearly flush with the leather which is what is used for a knife sheath that I have. I think this sheath should hold up well under use and feel that overall the sheath is a good value.

Sheath was well made, nice looking, modestly priced, and arrived as stated. Fits perfectly on the axe I bought it for! I look forward to buying more products from this vendor in the future!

Bought two for a few Jersey restorations I'm working on, both fit nicely. These should work for a few other broad axe types as well, fits nice and snug on an old Keen Kutter pseudo Dayton pattern. Leather is smooth, good fit and finish. Stitching is good and all is bound tightly. The two week shipment is worth the wait, for the price this company has exceeded my expectations. Top notch stuff!
