36" Single Bit Axe Handle Bent Grip American Hickory

Superior quality Hickory wood with a smooth wax finish(not clumpy & sticky) These are some of the finest handles you will ever use. Go ahead and get a few, we think you will love them. We do! These handles fit full size(several weights generally from 3 to 6 lbs.) single bit axes with a tear drop shaped eye. 36" long with 2-1/4" x 3/4" eye. Each handle comes with one wood & metal wedge for a secure attachment to your axe head. This handle and all our fine handles are grown and made in the USA. Help keep American Strong and buy American! Item# 141 meaning a 36" long handle in the bent single bit pattern. Some other grades and finishes are in the drop down box at the top. Plain Sanded Handle is 35.5" x 2.5" x 13/16" & may be of mixed color hickory.

Iv been a customer since 2014 and there's a reason Beaver Tooth always produces the best handles. The grain orientation, strength, sizes and craftsmanship on these handles are spot on and beautiful. I'm in the process of restoring my collection and Beaver Tooth has hard to find sizes as well. Trust me if you want a simple hard use handle they got you covered or if you want a beautiful show piece handle for display and use like me Beaver Tooth is the best out there. Remember your old axes, hatchets and hammers were made in the USA by hard working Americans with pride and quality and deserve a quality handle to match! Your American tools deserve American wood and craftsmanship. 36 inch Handle

I hung a vintage 1950’s Craftsman si glue bit head that I picked up at a flea market on this handle. I turned this rusty mess into a very nice axe with this amazing handle. I’m very pleased with the quality of this handle. I will be buying many handles in the future.

Im the process of restoring an axe that belonged to my grandfather and needed a new handle. Was not pleased with handles found locally so I ordered this from Beaver Tooth. I was amazed at how clear and tight grained the hickory is. Even better is i received it really fast. Will buy all my handles from them in the future.
