I was having trouble finding handles for a couple of old California style finish hammers. A quick email to Beaver-Tooth and I got a recommendation. The answer came quickly and I purchased two of the Vintage Style Half / Box Hatchet Handles that they recommended. They fit great. The grain is excellent and correctly oriented. Great handle. It fit the tool easily, and feels good in the hand.

Needed a handle for an 1800's hand forged shingling hatchet. This handle was true to the catalog dimensions and the head hanged straight and true.

Good quality fit good

Already installed on an antique Grove roofer's shingle hatchet head with minimal fitting required. I am extremely happy with this as I could not find them anywhere else. Was looking for an 18" version but settled for this as it was all I could find and am quite pleased with it.
