So you want a custom handle? Actually all our handles are listed. If you don't see it we do not have it. Some items come in out of stock, but for the most part if you don't see it we do not have it. Since handles and the eyes are shaped from set patterns we are not set up to make one off handles for your grandpas one of a kind axe. Sorry.

I can't tell if my order went through or not.  You will be sent an order confirmation email with all the details of your purchase. If you do not see the order confirmation page after checkout and if you do not receive an order confirmation email, the first thing to do is check your spam box in case the email was directed there. If there's nothing in spam, check your credit card to see if any charges were placed. If not, you may re-attempt your order online. If charges were captured, please contact us using the form below and we'll help you get everything sorted out.

Can't I just call you? Actually No! Over time we have found that we can serve more customers faster through email-based customer service than we can by phone. Email-based customer service is also superior because it maintains a written record of all inquiries for both parties.

Then why aren't you responding to my emails?!?! For the most part there is one Guy running every aspect of Beaver Tooth Handle Co. He has more hats to wear than he can keep up with. So if you happen to ask a question about a custom handle or when something will be back in stock etc. you likely will not hear back. Please take no offence.

Where is my order? How long does it take for an order to process? To be honest we are working hard to make outr ship times faster. At the present time we have a 30 day production time. This means your order can take up to 30 days to ship out from date you placed it. You will get tracking numbers emailed to the address you listed once it ships. We DO NOT respond to emails asking order status unless it is past 30 days. 

I changed my mind or, something's wrong Can I return this?

  • You may return any new-in-the-box item for any reason for up to 14 days from the recorded date of delivery.
  • Items which are returned as a result of delivery refusal  are eligible for store credit only. 
  • Shipping costs, whether original or return, are always non-refundable.
