Mounted an old Germantown half-hatchet on this 18” Beaver Tooth handle. Handle has nice wood grain with no defects. I like the extra length for more powerful swing as I intend to carry in Jeep and use as hatchet/camp axe combo. I toasted the handle which gave the finish a really cool affect. Very pleased with the quality of this, and other Beaver Tooth handles and would highly recommend you buy from this company. Everything was exactly as described on website.

Just what I needed for my Hammer Head. I was having a hard time finding the right handle until I found your website. I also saw that you sell carpenter pencils, didn't know that until I had placed my order. I will recommend your site to others.
Ordered the handle knowing it was not their top grade hickory. I was surprised that it was a beatiful piece a wood with straight grain and a lot of character. Only down side, it took a long time to recieve.

We had a bit of ruff start to the new year. My Mother Who worked for me doing shipping was diagnosed with 3 three lymphoma this Jan. She is doing well with treatments so far. She was very sick this month and hospitalized before we found out what was going on with her health. As a result I missed shipping for a good week. She is not currently working either. With all this shipping has gotten way behind. Running about 4 weeks from order date right now. It is just me doing all the shipping etc. So it will take awhile to catch up.

Nice hickory handle with the grain in the right direction unlike the one I got from Amazon which had the grain going perpendicular to the head
