Wrong grade handle sent and cracked on top of that. I've sent multiple emails and get zero response. Beautiful handles when you get a good one, but zero customer service when you don't.

I put my new handle on a 3.5 pound Collins axe head, it is turning out to be my favorite axe out of 9. Very happy with my purchase.
