The largest wedge was not large enough for the maul handle I ordered them for. Should not be a problem on a number of smaller handles that I have. I might have ordered the wrong item. Probably should have ordered metal wedges along with hardwood wedges.

We do have larger steel wedges than the ones in this set and yes hardwood wedges as well.
