Needed a handle for an 1800's hand forged shingling hatchet. This handle was true to the catalog dimensions and the head hanged straight and true.

Already installed on an antique Grove roofer's shingle hatchet head with minimal fitting required. I am extremely happy with this as I could not find them anywhere else. Was looking for an 18" version but settled for this as it was all I could find and am quite pleased with it.

This hickory hatchet handle was made with excellent craftsmanship.
The wood was very clean , true and perfectly dimensioned.
