I like the handles so much I keep buying more as I continue to restore old tools. Good quality, and true to advertised size. I especially like that they come unvarnished (unlike most others), ready for the proper finish.

28" x 2 1/4" eye hickory axe handle

This was meant to replace a council tool forestry axe. I believe it's called a "boy's axe" now. It ended up being the next size up, but I sanded down the eye and shoulder to make it work. It is a far superior handle to the original I had. I'm happy with the price and quality.
